High light output

Flicker-free unique patented design

The LED tube has a unique design in which only the highest quality components are used to ensure unique quality. This T8 LED tube has a patented design which provides an elegant appearance: the housing is made of pure 6063 aluminum and plastic which ensures excellent heat dissipation. The plastic ensures a uniform light distribution. Due to the unique internal structure and high quality components such as a Japanese Rubycon capacitor, the internal heat generation is up to 91% less than the standard LED tubes. This combination ensures that this LED tube is guaranteed to have a long lifespan of 50,000 hours.

Because of the unique internal structure and high quality components this tube is flicker free. This is very important when switching to LED. Traditional fluorescent lighting and standard LED fluorescent tubes are not flicker free and operate at 50-60 Hertz. This means that the light flashes 50 to 60 times per second and our brains notice that it is not a stable light. Unconsciously the brain has to adjust this continuously which can cause complaints of fatigue and headaches.

Installation

This fixture comes with suspension brackets and fasteners, making it easy and quick to assemble. You don't have to leave the door anymore to get screws or plugs. Upon receipt you can immediately start mounting these waterproof LED fixtures and start saving money right away. For both LED and conventional fixtures, we always recommend connecting the tube directly to 230V on a single side. This increases the life span and also reduces energy consumption. This LED tube is only suitable for power supply on the Input side, which is indicated on the tube.

A LED starter is standard delivered with the LED T8 tube. If you have another fixture that is equipped with a conventional starter and you want to leave the traditional transformer in place, you can use the supplied LED starter. This LED tube is suitable for use in an existing fixture which is equipped with a magnetic ballast. When this is the case you need to replace the old starter with the supplied LED starter. The LED tube is also suitable for fixtures, which are directly connected to the 230V mains. The LED tube is not suitable if your existing fixture has an electronic or high frequency ballast. If your existing fixture does have an electronic or high frequency ballast, and you want to connect a LED tube to it, you have to remove it and connect the fixture directly to 230V.
