Easy installation

This LED recessed spotlight is delivered ready to install, this means that a spotlight consists of the moisture resistant IP44 black fixture including the clamp springs and milk coloured glass, a 5.5 Watt GU10 RGBWW LED spotlight, a GU10 fitting and 2 terminal connections (wago terminals). The smart spotlights can be controlled via the Hoftronic Smart App, where your phone or tablet can serve as a remote control. Determine the light colour, light intensity, or set a timer so that the lights automatically switch on and off.

The Porto smart recessed downlight is a smart product from Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be operated with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app can easily be downloaded for free from the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or from the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The Porto smart downlight is linked to the app via your WIFI network. Make sure you are within 2 meters of your router to be able to pair the smart device.

Once the smart built-in downlights are connected to your WIFI network, you can place them where you want. Please note that your smart lighting must always be connected to your WIFI network in order to function optimally. So take into account the WIFI strength at the places where you want to place the smart lighting.

Mounting tip: Keep in mind when mounting the light that there must be a minimum circulation space of 10 to 15 centimeters behind the light source. This allows any heat to escape to prevent overheating.
