This white Cadiz smart LED downlight set is a high quality product that produces a warm light color of 2700K with 200 lumens. This color creates a warm atmosphere which is very suitable for veranda lighting LED. The COB recessed spot comes with smart transformer, distributor and 5 meter extension cable per spot. This set is also available with 4, 8, 10 and 12 spots. We give a standard 2 year warranty on all COB LED spots and even 3 years on the transformer. By replacing your current lighting with LED, you can reduce your energy consumption by up to 80%. For mounting spots in a solid wood beam we recommend ordering the Navarra spots.

The possibilities of this smart Tuya LED driver offer you numerous possibilities. Link the recessed spots with driver to the free Hoftronic Smart app and you get access to these smart functions. This way you get the most out of your smart lighting. A small selection of these functions are:

• Timer: By scheduling you can have the lights turn on automatically at set times. This allows you to ensure that the lights are on when you get home, or use the smart spots as a wake-up light
• Dimmer: Set the light intensity and dim the lights to the perfect atmosphere for you! 
• Link to smart assistant: Via the Hoftronic Smart app you can easily link the smart lights to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the lights with your voice: "ok Google, turn on my lights"
• Setting scenes: Through various preset scenes, you can easily adjust the colors of your lights. Of course you can also create your own scenes that suit you best

In the free Hoftronic Smart app you will find many more smart functions. Download it via the Google play or Apple app store. The combination of WiFi + Bluetooth (seamless connect) makes pairing almost effortless.

Seamless connect

Seamless connect is the always succeeding pairing of the smart driver to the 2.4 GhZ WiFi network. This is because the driver uses both WiFi and Bluetooth. Bluetooth uses the driver to connect to the network. This works as follows: when the driver turns on, it looks for Bluetooth signals nearby. Logically, it then finds your smartphone. Then the smart driver connects to your smartphone and retrieves the network data from your smartphone. It sends this data to the driver, which then connects to the WiFi network. In this way, the connection is always guaranteed.

Installing the smart LED built-in spots

This smart LED built-in spots set is a smart product from Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be controlled with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app is easy to download from the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or from the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The smart set is connected to the app via your WIFI network or Bluetooth.

all Hoftronic Smart smart products go together with the Hoftronic Smart App without any problems. In addition, there are various options for voice control of your smart lighting, for example: Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

Please note that your smart lighting should always be connected to your WIFI network in order to function optimally. So take into account the WIFI strength in the places where you want to place the smart lights.

Easy plug & play installation

This Cadiz COB LED set can be used both indoors and outdoors, for example for your porch, patio roof or carport (not suitable as ground spots). The spots are easy to install by the clamps which are attached to the spot. The transformer is prepared on the 230V side with a 15 cm long cable with Wago welding clamps for easy installation, you only need to connect your 230V power cable to the Wago welding clamps.

Important note for installation!

Please note that the smart LED driver comes standard with an IP20 protection rating, so it can be installed indoors almost anywhere. Think of living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, on the toilet and so on! If you want to install the driver outside, it should however be placed in an IP65 splash-proof junction box. This makes it possible to install and use the spotlights in even more places such as; porch lighting, carport lighting and even as garden house lighting. The transformer should not be installed without protection "cold" in aluminum or other types of material such as a patio roof or carport. In a construction that is placed outside, there will always be an increased humidity present and the transformer cannot withstand this.
