The Maisy in-ground light is a robust and durable spotlight. This is due to its very high IP67 waterproof rating and safety glass. The Maisy in-ground luminaire is made from highly durable, maintenance-free cast aluminium and features an intelligent light source with Seamless Connect (WiFi+Ble). Maisy can be used in the driveway, in the front garden and of course in the garden under a tree or shrub.

• IP67 waterproof: The in-ground light is fully IP67 waterproof and dustproof. No need to worry about failure due to rain, snow and sleet.
• Safety glass: The Maisy LED in-ground light is fitted with safety glass. This means the glass will not crack or shatter in the cold and you can drive over it. Just be careful not to drive over it.
• Maintenance-free aluminium: The body of the Maisy in-ground light is made from maintenance-free aluminium. Dust and dirt are less likely to adhere to this material. It will also not rust, so Maisy will look like new for a long time.
• AKZO Nobel powder coating: The maintenance-free aluminium is finished with a moisture and UV resistant AKZO Nobel powder coating. As a result, the ground light will not discolour in the sun and the paint will not flake off when exposed to prolonged moisture.

• Schedules: By creating schedules, you can automatically switch on the in-ground lights at set times. This way you can make sure the lights are on when you get home.
• Geofencing: Have the in-ground lights react based on your location. Leave the house? Your lights switch off automatically. Coming home? Have your favourite lighting scene greet you (available on IOS operating systems only).
• Weather based: Change the light colour according to the weather. Is it cold and gloomy outside? Then these in-ground lights will add a warm glow to your garden.
• Intuitive colour wheel: The colours of the in-ground lights can be adjusted quickly and easily using the intuitive colour wheel. You can choose from over 16.5 million colours, including all shades of white (2700K - 6500K), in less than a second.
• Link to your smart assistant: Using the Hoftronic Smart app, you can easily link the smart lighting to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the WiFi garden spots with your voice: "OK Google, switch on my Maisy in-ground lights".
• Set scenes: You can easily adjust the colours of your lights using different preset scenes. Of course, you can also create your own scenes that suit you best.
• Grouping: By adding different lamps to groups, you can easily control several Smart Lamps at the same time. For example, you can have all the lamps in the living room change colour, dim or switch on and off at the same time.

Seamless connect, guaranteed connection

Seamless connect always succeeds in connecting the in-ground lights to the 2.4 GHz WiFi network. This is because the spotlights use both WiFi and Bluetooth. Bluetooth uses the spotlight to connect to the network. This is how it works: when Maisy is switched on, it searches for Bluetooth signals nearby. Logically, it will find your smartphone. The Spots then connect to your smartphone and retrieve network data from it. It sends this to the Spots, which then connect to the WiFi network. This way you are always connected. You don't need a bridge to connect the GU10 Spots to the WiFi network.

16.5 million colours

These smart Hoftronic Smart in-ground spots offer no less than 16.5 million colours and all shades of white (2700K - 6500K). So there is always a light colour to suit your situation and mood. You can choose exactly the warm, atmospheric colour you want. And of course it is fun to change the colour of your house for Christmas or Halloween!

Long life

Both the light source and the fixture of this Maisy smart in-ground light will last for decades. In fact, the light source has a lifespan of 50,000 hours. If you use the in-ground luminaire 250 days a year, 10 hours a day, that is 20 years. Because the Maisy in-ground light is made from the strongest aluminium, fitted with safety glass and finished with AKZO Nobel powder coating, it will last even longer than the light source.

Easy to install

The in-ground lights can be connected directly to the 230V mains supply. No driver or transformer is required. You connect the in-ground luminaires using an IP68 cable connector. (Please note these are not supplied)
