This smart LED downlight set is a high quality product that produces a warm white light color. This color creates a warm atmosphere, very suitable as veranda lighting LED. The COB recessed spot comes with smart transformer, distributor and 5 meter cable per spot. This set is also available with 4, 6, 10 and 12 spots. We give a standard 3 year warranty on all COB LED spots and even 3 years on the transformer. By replacing your current lighting with LED, you can reduce your energy consumption by up to 90%. For installing spotlights in a solid wood beam, we recommend you order the Navarra spotlights.

Installing the smart LED built-in spots

This smart LED built-in spots set is a smart product from Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be controlled with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app is easy to download from the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or from the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The smart set is connected to the app via your WIFI network or Bluetooth.

all Hoftronic Smart smart products go together with the Hoftronic Smart App without any problems. In addition, there are various options for voice control of your smart lighting, for example: Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

Please note that your smart lighting should always be connected to your WIFI network in order to function optimally. So take into account the WIFI strength in the places where you want to place the smart lights.

Easy plug & play installation

This Betty COB LED set can be used both indoors and outdoors, for example for your porch, patio roof or carport (not suitable as ground spots). The spots are equipped with a screw connection. The transformer is prepared on the 230V side with a 15 cm long cable with Wago welding clamps for easy installation, you only need to connect your 230V power cable to the Wago welding clamps.

Important note for installation!

Please note if you install the transformer outdoors, it should always be placed in an IP65 splash-proof junction box. The transformer may not be installed without protection "cold" in aluminum or other types of material of, for example, a terrace roof or carport. In a construction that is placed outside, there will always be an increased humidity present and the transformer cannot withstand this. Before installation, always read the installation manual, which can also be found under the "Downloads" tab.
