The perfect wall light for indoors and outdoors

The IP44 protection class of the Alma makes it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors. Think of the bathroom, under the porch or of course just on the facade or fence. The Alma can come into direct contact with rain, snow or sleet. The maintenance-free aluminium ensures that the wall light will not rust. The matte black colour is easily retained for several seasons thanks to the AKZO-Nobel powder coating. This coating is both moisture and UV resistant. This ensures that the paint does not flake off when exposed to moisture for a long time and does not discolour when hanging in the full sun for a long time.

The light source is also protected by the glass casing. The wall lamp is no less than 37 cm high, 9.9 cm long and 14.5 cm wide. Combine this wall light with an atmospheric filament light source and enjoy a warm, classic yet modern atmosphere.

Up and down wall lamp

The light shines down from the sides as well as up. Apart from the beautiful design, the light does not reflect on the fixture due to the matte black coating. This ensures that the light rays stand out even better.

Dozens of smart functions

Link the smart light bulbs to the free HOFTRONIC Smart app and you get access to dozens of smart functions. So you can get the most out of your smart lighting. A small selection of these smart functions are:

• Schedules: By making schedules, you can have the LED light bulbs turn on automatically at set times. This allows you to ensure that the lights are on when you get home, or use the filament lamps as a wake-up light. Also ideal for protecting your home against burglars
• Geofencing: Let the smart lighting react based on your location. Are you leaving the house? Then your lighting switches off automatically. Coming home? Then you are welcomed by your favourite light scene (only available on IOS operating systems)
• Biorhythm-based adjustment: The colour temperature and brightness are automatically adjusted at different times of the day, according to your biological rhythm. During the day it helps inhibit melatonin release, making you more energetic; at night it helps increase melatonin release, relaxing you and putting you to sleep
• Weather-based: Change the light colour based on the weather. Is it cold and bleak outside? Then this filament lamp wall light provides some extra warmth in your home/garden with a warm light colour
• Intuitive colour wheel: The white tones of the lamp can be easily and quickly adjusted via the intuitive colour wheel. This allows you to choose between all white tones (1800K - 6500K) within a few seconds
• Link to smart assistant: Via the HOFTRONIC Smart app you can easily link the smart lighting to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the light bulb with your voice: "ok Google, turn on my living room lights"
• Setting scenes: Through various preset scenes, you can easily adjust the white tones of your lights. Of course you can also create your own scenes that suit you best
• Grouping: By adding different lamps to groups, you can easily control multiple smart lamps at the same time. For example, you can have all the lights in the living room change their white tint, dim them or switch them on and off at the same time

Smart filament with Tuya protocol

The smart filament lamps work on the Tuya protocol. This is the most widely used protocol worldwide and is used by hundreds of smart brands. The big advantage of this is that you can control the lamps with your favourite smart app, you can choose from hundreds of smart apps or of course you can control the lamps with the free HOFTRONIC Smart app. 

These smart light bulbs therefore also work seamlessly with other smart lighting that use this protocol. So you have all your smart lighting together in one app.

Linking the smart lighting

The smart lights use both WiFi and Bluetooth to connect to the WiFi network in your home. We call this Seamless connect. This combination ensures that linking the smart lights to your WiFi network always works. Pairing is often done within a few seconds. 

It works as follows: when you turn on the smart light, it sends out a Bluetooth signal. This signal is picked up by your smartphone and you will see a pairing request appear in the HOFTRONIC Smart app. You then click on pairing and after this your network data will be sent to the smart bulb. It then makes a connection with your network by means of these data. Completely plug and play. 

Long life span

These smart filament lamps have a lifespan of 50.000 hours. This is on average no less than 20 years. With average use, we assume that you have the lamps 250 days per year for 10 hours per day. You will also receive a three year guarantee on the lamps.
