LED Tube product features

• Extremely efficient: The LED tube consumes only 12/18W and produces 2400/3600 lumens. An efficiency of 200 lumens per watt.
• Adjustable consumption/light intensity: There is a switch on the tube that allows you to set the wattage between 12/18 watts. This also determines the brightness of the tube.
• Insulated driver: The driver of this tube is insulated in the end cap, so the heat from the driver cannot burn the LED chips in the tube.
• 100,000 hours: The combination of state of the art LED chips and aluminium gives the tube a lifetime of 100,000 hours. This is equivalent to 40 years.
• Made from 6063 aluminium and polycarbonate: The use of aluminium allows the tube to dissipate heat much better (91% better than a plastic tube). This is one of the reasons why the tube has a life expectancy of 100,000 hours.
• 100% flicker free: so no fatigue, headaches or other discomfort. This also makes it suitable for stables.
• 140 degree beam angle: This narrow beam angle ensures that the light shines mainly downwards. This eliminates the need for a fluorescent luminaire with reflectors.
• T8 fitting: The tube has a T8 fitting which is exactly the same as the old fashioned G13 fitting. So you can replace your current G13 LED tube 1:1 with this T8 tube.
• Diffused light: The plastic part of the tube ensures that the tube emits a diffused light. As a result, you won't see dots of light when you switch on the LED tube ....
• Saves up to 95%: The LED tube uses a maximum of 18 watts and produces 3600 lumens. The lamp replaces a traditional 150 watt LED tube. A 95% saving.
• 4000K neutral white light (840): The 4000K neutral white light colour replaces the traditional 840 light colour.

LED Tubes with 0.9 Power Factor

The high power factor of 0.9 makes this LED tube very suitable for large projects. Because of this power factor, much less current flows back to the group to which it is connected. Imagine you can connect 3,680 watts to a group. With a 10 watt LED tube and a power factor of 0.5 (where 50% of the power is returned to the group) you can connect 245 tubes to this group. If you choose an LED tube with a power factor of 0.90 (where 10% of the power is returned to the group) and a power consumption of 10 watts, you can connect up to 334 tubes to this group. This makes this LED tube very suitable for larger installations and projects.

4000K neutral white light

This LED fluorescent tube emits a neutral light colour of 4000K. This light colour is best described as a bright work light. This light colour is often used in rooms where work is carried out. The light colour replaces the traditional 840 light colour one to one.

Easy to install

Mounting this LED fluorescent luminaire is very easy thanks to the stainless steel mounting clips supplied. Simply screw these to the ceiling and click the luminaire into place. You can connect the luminaire directly to 230 volts. There is no need for a transformer or driver.
