In fact, the RGBIC LED strip can also be controlled via your voice by pairing it with Amazon Alexa, Google Home or Siri. The Liora LED Strip features an IP44 protection class. The Liora Smart LED Strip is also available with RGBIC with 24 LEDs/m and with RGB (60 LEDs/m).

Thanks to the RGBIC technology of the Liora smart LED-strip light, you have endless possibilities to create colour and light effects. Thanks to RGBIC, you can actually control the colours independently for each 6 LEDs. Simply put, you can display multiple colours on one LED strip. This allows you to set up smooth colourful transitions and lighting effects. With more than 16 million colours and dozens of lighting effects, the possibilities are therefore endless.

The convenience of smart lighting

The Liora smart LED-strip light is a smart LED strip that you can control with the Hoftronic Smart App. This app, available in the Apple Store and Google Play, can be downloaded on your smartphone or tablet. With the app, you set the LED strip completely as you wish via Wi-Fi. Easily adjust the colours, switch the strip on or off directly, and use the timer function to have the strip turn on and off automatically.

Seamless connect

Installing the Liora smart LED-strip light is very easy. The LED strip light works together with the corresponding Hoftronic Smart app without the need for an extra bridge. Download the app, and the seamless connect function (Bluetooth combined with Wi-Fi) allows you to connect between your app and your lights in no time. This does mean that you require both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to connect.

Seamless voice control

Don't have your phone handy for a moment? Then control the LED strip light with your voice. Simply pair the LED strip with your favourite smart assistant, such as Google Home, Apple Siri or Amazon Alexa, then control the LED strip with voice commands. Turn the strip on or off, adjust the brightness or choose a different colour, all hands-free.

The Hoftronic Smart app gives you access to impressive scene modes, lighting effects and a colour palette of up to 16.5 million hues. The possibilities are endless! A small selection of the dozens of smart functions:

• Schedules: Schedules allow you to have the LED strip light automatically switch on at set times. This way, you make sure the lights are on when you come home, or use the strip as security lighting in the garden when you are not at home.
• Geofencing: Let your smart lighting respond to your location. Do you leave the house? Then the lights switch off automatically. Come back home? Then you will be welcomed by your favourite light scene. This feature is currently only available on iOS operating systems.
• Biorhythm-based adjustment: The LED strip automatically adjusts the colour temperature and brightness throughout the day, according to your biological rhythm. During the day, melatonin production is inhibited, making you more energetic. In the evening, melatonin production is actually stimulated, helping you relax and fall asleep better.
• Weather response: Let the light colour change based on weather conditions. Is it cold and inclement outside? Then the LED strip creates extra warmth in the house or garden with a warm light colour.
• Scenes: With various preset scenes, you can easily adjust the white tones of your lighting. You can also create your own scenes to perfectly suit your needs.
• Grouping: Add several LED strips to a group and control them simultaneously. For example, you can change the colour of all the lights in the living room at once, dim them or switch them on and off.

Easy installation

The Liora smart LED-strip light has an IP65 protection rating. The accompanying adapter and controller have an IP20 protection class, which means they can only be used in dry rooms. Do you want to use the strips outdoors or in a damp room? Then make sure the connection of the mains power supply and the controller are waterproof by installing them in a waterproof junction box. Of course, this is not necessary if you want to use the strip indoors.

Furthermore, with the Liora Smart LED strip, you receive all the materials you need to start using it right away, including an adapter and controller. In addition, the LED strip has a self-adhesive strip on the back for easy attachment to smooth surfaces. All you have to do is plug it in and enjoy atmospheric lighting!
