This PIR motion sensor is ideal for indoor use due to its IP20 classification. The motion sensor is made of white plastic, and fits perfectly on your white ceiling. The sensor offers the possibility to vary the lighting time and the intensity of the ambient light thanks to the built-in twilight sensor. The motion sensor is suitable for all types of lamp holders thanks to the connection via screw terminals at the rear. This sensor is characterized by the fact that it can be easily installed in ceilings. The PIR sensor is compatible with traditional incandescent lamps up to a maximum of 600W and with LED lamps up to a maximum of 300W.

Installation of motion sensor

The installation of this motion sensor is very easy due to the clamping springs behind the sensor. The motion detector is suitable for installation at a variable height between 2.2 and 4 meters. With a detection distance of 6 meters under a detection range of 360 °, this motion detector protects the entire range around the sensor. The activation time of the lamp can be adjusted with a minimum activation time of 10 ± 3 seconds and a maximum activation time of 15 ± 2 minutes.

The motion sensor is always active, which means the twilight switch only works on the motion sensor. This motion sensor can therefore not be used separately. When you set the twilight switch to a certain LUX value (total light environment), it will only switch on at this value when motion is detected. The functions cannot be switched off separately.
