Salus is a multi-functional emergency light with a bright daylight white light. The lamp is made from durable polycarbonate for long life. It can be wall or ceiling mounted with or without an escape route indicator. This emergency light is supplied with 4 different escape route decals. You can stick the correct information on the light yourself.

Product benefits

• Extra wide cable glands (PG13.5): This connection ensures that you can use extra strong, wide cables to connect the light. This means there is less chance of things going wrong with the wiring.
• Easy connection: The Salus is easy to connect thanks to the hinge inside the lamp. This flips open when the lamp is suspended. You can simply snap on the cables.
• Bright daylight white light: The lamp emits 6500K daylight white light, making it highly visible in situations where it is needed.

• Back-up battery: Salus has a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 3 hours in the event of a power failure. It automatically recharges when the power is restored.
• Complies with NEN-ISO-7010 standards: Salus has been extensively tested and meets the legal standards for emergency lighting.
• Hinged: Salus can easily be opened to change the battery. The interior does not come loose and cannot fall down during replacement.
• 4 different escape sign stickers: Choose the right sign for the luminaire.
• For wall and ceiling mounting: The light can be easily mounted on the ceiling or wall. Fixing materials are included. Even without the stickers, Salus can be used in an emergency.

IP65 waterproof

This emergency light with escape signalling is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. With its IP65 rating, the emergency light is resistant to splashing water. Its thermoplastic PC housing means it can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +45°C. And with a power consumption of 3 watts, the splashproof emergency light is also very energy efficient.

Back-up battery

If the lights fail, you need not worry. The emergency light has a reliable backup battery that can last up to 3 hours. These special LiFePO4 batteries give the light a long life and low maintenance. The emergency light is fully charged within 24 hours. The emergency light is activated only when there is no power. In hazardous situations where there is no power supply, the emergency light will continue to operate from the battery.

Conforms to NEN-ISO-7010 standards

The emergency light complies with NEN-ISO 7010 standards. This ensures that you use the correct universal emergency pictograms to meet the required standard.

Pictograms

This emergency lighting is supplied as standard with a set of 4 pictogram stickers. These stickers provide clear signalling on the luminaire. They can be easily applied to any situation. The following stickers are supplied:

• Left arrow
• Right arrow
• Arrow up
• Down arrow

Mounting

You can easily mount this emergency light in a number of ways. You can mount the emergency light on a wall or on the ceiling. This makes the LED emergency light suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Tip: If you want the emergency light to burn continuously, simply connect an L wire, also called a phase wire or the brown wire, to the Ls input. This will ensure that the emergency light is always supplied with power, so your emergency light is always on. Do you want the emergency light to activate only in an emergency when there is no mains supply? Then connect the L wire only to the L input.
