Made of maintenance-free aluminium

As the Venezia downlights are made of maintenance-free aluminium, dust and dirt adhere poorly to them. As a result, the downlights are less likely to get dirty and need less frequent cleaning. 

The spotlights are finished with a moisture-resistant black coating. This ensures that the spotlights retain their beautiful colour in the most humid conditions.

IP65 waterproof and dustproof

This black Venezia recessed spot has an IP65 protection rating. Here, the 6 indicates that the recessed spotlight is protected against direct contact with water. This is also known as jet watertight. The 5 indicates the degree of dust-tightness. In this case, it means that no dust can enter the recessed spotlight. With this IP65 protection, the function of the recessed spotlight is guaranteed.

Dozens of smart features

Pair the LED recessed spotlight with the free Hoftronic Smart app and you get access to dozens of smart functions. This way, you get the most out of your smart lighting. A small selection of these smart functions are:

• Schedules: By creating schedules, you can have the LED ceiling spotlight turn on automatically at set times. This allows you to make sure the lights are on when you get home, or use the Venezia as a wake-up light
• Geofencing: Have the Venezia respond based on your location. Do you leave the house? Then your lights switch off automatically. Come back home? Then you will be welcomed by your favourite light scene. Also ideal for protecting your home against burglars (only available on IOS operating systems).
• Weather-based: Have the light colour change based on the weather. Is it cold and bleak outside? Then this Venezia recessed spot provides some extra warmth in your home/garden with a warm light colour
• Intuitive colour wheel: The wall spot's colours can be easily and quickly adjusted via the intuitive colour wheel. This allows you to choose from more than 16.5 million colours and of course all shades of white (2700K - 5000K) in a matter of seconds.
• Music sync: With this function, the Venezia dances to the beat of the music. Perfect for parties and celebrations or, of course, for an extra experience during a good film
• Link to smart assistant: Via the Hoftronic Smart app, you can easily link the smart lighting to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the Venezia ceiling spotlight with your voice: "okay Google, turn on my Venezia recessed spotlight".
• Setting scenes: Using various preset scenes, you easily adjust the colours of your lights. Of course, you can also create your own scenes that suit you best
• Grouping: By adding different lamps to groups, you can easily control several smart lamps at the same time. For example, you can have all the lamps in the living room change light colour, dim or switch on and off at the same time

Magnetic cover ring

Venezia recessed spotlights are fitted with a magnetic cover ring. This cover ring goes on the underside of the recessed spotlight (the side from which the light shines). This makes the recessed spots very easy to keep clean. In addition, you can easily change the colour of the recessed spotlights by purchasing another cover ring. So you don't have to replace the entire recessed spot when you get tired of the colour.

Tool-free installation

Thanks to the quick connector connections in the driver, you can install it completely toolless. This means you don't need any tools such as a screwdriver or terminal blocks. All you have to do is plug the power wires into the driver and the recessed spotlight is connected. The driver is also already prepared for connecting the built-in spotlights in series. For this, you will find an extra connector in the middle of the driver. 

The driver is only 19 mm high, so it easily fits through the hole you make in the ceiling for the downlight.

Flat recessed spots - 45 mm

The Venezia has a very low recessed depth of only 45mm. This allows the recessed spot to easily fit into most suspended ceilings. The cutting diameter of the recessed spotlight is 65-75mm. This means that the recessed spotlight fits into 65-75mm holes. The Venezia owes its very small recessed depth to the integrated light source

Long service life

The Venezia are equipped with the latest LED chip technology, this ensures that the recessed spotlights have a lifespan of no less than 50,000 hours. As a result, you get a whopping 3-year guarantee on the spotlights. If something goes wrong with the built-in spotlights in the meantime? Then we will provide a suitable solution.

6 W power consumption and 450 lumens

The Venezia recessed spot consumes only 6 watts, producing 450 lumens of light. This high efficiency ensures that this recessed spot replaces a 50-watt halogen lamp. This is a saving of more than 80 per cent!

Installation

Because of the quick-connector, the LED RGBWW smart recessed downlights are quick and easy to install. The smart spots can be controlled via the Hoftronic Smart App, where your phone or tablet can serve as a remote control. Determine the light colour, light intensity, or set a timer so that the lights turn on and off automatically.

The Venezia smart recessed downlight is a smart product from Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be operated with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app can easily be downloaded for free from the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or from the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The Venezia smart downlight is linked to the app via your WIFI network. Make sure you are within 2 meters of your router to be able to pair the smart device.

Once the smart built-in downlights are connected to your WIFI network, you can place them where you want. Please note that your smart lighting must always be connected to your WIFI network in order to function optimally. So take into account the WIFI strength at the places where you want to place the smart lighting.
