This smart filament light is ready to use with the free Hoftronic Smart Home app. Screw the light into the socket and connect it to the app. This allows you to control your lighting effortlessly with your smartphone or a smart assistant such as Siri, Google Home or Amazon Alexa. • Geofencing: Let the lighting respond to your location. When you leave the house, the lamp switches off automatically. When you return home, you are welcomed with your favourite light settings. (Only available on iOS.)

• Weather-dependent light: Automatically adjust the light colour to the weather conditions. On cold, dark days, for example, the lamp provides extra warm light in the house.

• Intuitive colour wheel: Easily adjust the light colour using the colour wheel in the app. You can choose the desired colour temperature in seconds.

• Link with smart assistants: Integrate the lamp with your smart assistant and control it easily with your voice. For example, say: ‘Okay Google, turn on the living room lights.’

Smart filament with Tuya protocol

These smart filament bulbs work on the basis of the Tuya protocol, one of the most widely used smart home protocols worldwide. This makes the bulbs compatible with countless other smart devices. You have the flexibility to control the bulb with various Tuya-based apps or with the Hoftronic Smart app.

This broad compatibility allows you to easily integrate the lamp with other smart lighting and devices that also run on Tuya. This allows you to effortlessly manage all your smart lighting within a single app.

Easy pairing

The smart filament light bulbs use both WiFi and Bluetooth to connect to your home network. This is called Seamless Connect. Thanks to this technology, the connection to your network is always successful and completed within a few seconds.

The installation proceeds as follows:

1. Turn on the smart light bulb, after which it will send out a Bluetooth signal.

1. Your smartphone detects this signal and displays a connection request in the Hoftronic Smart app.

1. Click on ‘connect’ and your network data is automatically sent to the lamp.

1. The lamp connects to your WiFi network and is ready to use.
