The Pavo LED downlight black is a LED spot that can be mounted as recessed or surface mounted downlight. That makes the Pavo LED downlights black so special. The Pavo black downlights are very energy efficient with an energy consumption of only 3 Watt, and they have a high light output of 300 lumens. The Pavo black downlight is dimmable and can therefore be set in the light intensity of your choice. In the fixture of the downlights LED chips are integrated. This means that there is no interchangeable LED source in the fixture. The lifetime of the LED downlight Pavo black is 50.000 hours. A 3-metre cable is also supplied with each spotlight. So you will have years of pleasure from the Pavo black LED downlight.

Pavo as recessed downlight

You can install the LED downlight Pavo as a recessed or surface mounted downlight. As recessed downlights, you can mount the Pavo LED downlight in a ceiling or wall, so that it is evenly distributed in the room. As surface-mounted spot, you place the Pavo spot against a wall or on a ceiling, which makes it protrude a little. This will create a nice detail in the room.

When you want to use the LED downlight Pavo black as recessed spots, you should make a hole in your (false) ceiling. Make sure you have the dimensions of the hole right before you start drilling. You can always make a small hole bigger. Making a bigger hole smaller is not possible.

Pavo as surface-mounted downlight

When you want to use the LED downlight Pavo black as surface mounted spots, you should use the surface mounted rings, also called mounting frames. These mounting rings ensure that the downlight can be mounted nicely against the ceiling and that the sides of the Pavo downlights are finished off nicely.

The mounting rings are available separately in stainless steel, white and black. This means that you do not necessarily have to use matching colours for your Pavo downlight. You can also combine colours. This makes your downlights just that little bit more unique and you can match them to your style.

IP44 moisture proof

The quality of the LED downlights Pavo black is very high. Thanks to the protection degree of IP44 the LED Pavo is moisture-proof and splash-proof. You can therefore safely place the LED Pavo downlights in a humid environment. This can be for instance in a kitchen or bathroom.
