Naples is a versatile recessed downlight suitable for both dry and wet applications. The luminaire is constructed from high quality aluminium with a white powder coated finish. This coating ensures that the spotlight retains its colour and lasts a long time. This makes the Naples ideal for use in bathrooms and kitchens. The spot can be rotated 360° without changing its recessed depth, making it easy to use as accent lighting. The recessed downlights are also dimmable with a wall dimmer. This can be either leading or trailing edge. Dim the lights when you want to relax in the bath and switch them on at full power when you need to clean or apply make-up.

• One dimmable driver per spotlight: The Naples spotlight has its own dimmable driver, so you can dim it noiselessly. Because each spot has its own driver, your spots will not flicker.
• High light output: These recessed downlights have a light output of 570 lumens per spot. This is higher than a standard GU10 spot. This allows you to use the Naples in places where good lighting is needed, such as the kitchen.
• 2700K warm white light: The spot emits a warm white light of 2700 Kelvin. This light colour is often used for mood and accent lighting in living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Glare-free: The Naples has an anti-glare lens to ensure that you are not blinded when looking directly into the spotlight. The lens also ensures that the light is evenly distributed.
• Plug and play: The spot comes with a quick connector on the driver. This makes it easy to connect the spot to the 230V mains.
• 85mm aperture: The recessed downlights have a round cutout with a diameter of 85mm. The diameter of the spot itself is 98mm. This gives you a bit of leeway when installing the spotlight.
• 50,000 burning hours: Naples has an average lifetime of 50,000 hours. With an average use of 8-10 hours per day, this equates to over 25 years.

Installation

The Naples recessed LED downlights are easy to install thanks to their shallow depth of 39 mm and the driver supplied. The 120x44x23mm driver fits easily through the hole in the luminaire. It is fitted with a quick-fit connector so you can connect it to the 230V mains without any tools or terminal blocks. Place the driver next to the spotlight on the ceiling for easy heat dissipation.

Choose the right dimmer

The Naples spotlight is dimmable with a wall dimmer. However, this requires the correct LED dimmer.
