The SMART RGBWW recessed spotlight stainless steel by Hoftronic Smart is a beautiful and modern product to illuminate your home, office, shop or in the hospitality industry. They are smart recessed spots, which means that they can be controlled via your smart products such as your phone or tablet, using the Hoftronic Smart app. The recessed spotlights produce 16.5 million different colours of light, with warm white and cool white light colours as well. This makes it possible to create a stylish atmosphere in every room.

Interchangeable cover ring

The Aura spotlight comes with a standard stainless steel cover ring. If you have ordered another colour, you will find the desired colour of the cover ring in the packaging. The cover ring for this smart LED built-in spotlight can easily be exchanged for another colour. In this way, you can not only adjust the light colour but also give your lamp a whole new look. The covers work via a turn-and-click system. You unscrew the cover ring from the fixture and can place another cover ring on it in an instant. These cover rings are available in the colours stainless steel, black and white. You can also choose the tilting cover rings for this smart LED built-in spot in the colours stainless steel, black and white. This also makes your recessed spotlight tiltable.

The sleek, beautiful stainless steel design of the spotlights gives a modern yet timeless look. In a white ceiling or wall you can hide the spotlights beautifully. In a dark-coloured wall or ceiling, the spots stand out beautifully, which can be a nice detail in the room.

Link the spots to the free Hoftronic Smart app and you get access to dozens of smart functions. So you can get the most out of your smart lighting. A small selection of these smart functions are:

• Planning: By making schedules, you can have the recessed spotlights switch on automatically at set times. This way you can make sure the lights are on when you get home or use the smart spots as a wake-up light
• Geofencing: Make the spots react based on your location. Leaving the house? Then your lights switch off automatically. Coming home? Then you are welcomed by your favourite light scene (only available on IOS operating systems)
• Weather-based: Have the light colour change based on the weather. Is it cold and bleak outside? Then these spotlights provide some extra warmth in your home with a warm light colour
• Intuitive colour wheel: The colours of the spotlights can be easily and quickly adjusted via the intuitive colour wheel. This allows you to choose from more than 16.5 million colours and, of course, all shades of white (2700K - 6500K) within a few seconds
• Link to smart assistant: Via the Hoftronic Smart app you can easily link the smart lighting to your smart assistant. This allows you to control the WiFi recessed spots with your voice: "ok Google, turn on my GU10 spots"
• Setting scenes: Through various preset scenes, you can easily adjust the colours of your lights. Of course you can also create your own scenes that suit you best
• Grouping: By adding different lamps to groups, you can easily control multiple smart lamps at the same time. For example, you can have all the lights in the living room change colour, dim or switch them on and off at the same time

Seamless connect, guaranteed connection

Seamless connect is the constant success of linking the spots to the 2.4 GhZ WiFi network. This is because the spots make use of both WiFi and Bluetooth. Bluetooth is used by the spotlight to make a connection to the network. This works as follows: when the built-in spotlight is switched on, it searches for Bluetooth signals in the vicinity. Logically, it then finds your smartphone. The spots then connect to your smartphone and retrieve the network data from your smartphone. These data are sent to the spots and these then make a connection with the WiFi network. In this way the connection is always guaranteed.

You do not need a bridge to connect the Aura recessed spots to the WiFi network.

16.5 million colours

These clever HOFTRONIC Aura spotlights feature no less than 16.5 million colours and all white tones (2700K - 6500K). So there is always a light colour to suit your situation and mood. Set the spots to red for a romantic evening on the couch or set them to blue when you need to concentrate.

By saving your favourite scenes, you can magic up your favourite colour setting in your home with one press of your smartphone. It's that simple.

Installation

Thanks to the Quick-connector fitting, the 12 Watt RGBW LED built-in spots are easy and quick to install. The spots are smart products, which means that they can be linked to other smart products. Via WIFI they can be linked to your phone or tablet, and via the Hoftronic Smart App you can easily operate the spots wherever and whenever you want.

The Aura smart recessed spotlight is a smart product by Hoftronic Smart. This means that the device can be operated with the Hoftronic Smart App. The app can easily be downloaded for free via the Google Play store if you have an Android smartphone, or via the Apple Store if you have an IOS smartphone. The Aura smart recessed spot is connected to the app through your WIFI network. Make sure that you are within 2 metres of your router to be able to connect the smart device.

Once the smart recessed lights are linked to your WIFI network, you can place them in the desired location. Please note that your smart lighting should always be connected to your WIFI network in order to function optimally.
