12 Volt LED recessed downlights for the porch

Add warm ambient lighting to your porch with the Sienna LED recessed downlight. This 12-volt Cree LED recessed downlight has an output of only 3 watts. The downlights are tiltable and provide a warm light colour of 2700K. The small LED spotlight has a luminous intensity of 200 lumens, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere. A 5-metre cable is attached to the LED spotlights, so you have all the flexibility you need to place them. This Sienna Cree LED recessed downlight is only suitable with the appropriate LED transformer. The spotlight should not be connected directly to the 230V mains. If necessary, choose a dimmable or smart LED transformer so that you can operate the recessed downlights with a remote control or your smartphone. The Sienna Cree LED recessed spotlight is also available as a complete set of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 spotlights including an LED transformer and, if required, a remote control.

LED recessed downlight for indoor & outdoor use

The Sienna LED recessed downlight has an IP44 protection rating. This makes it resistant to dust and (splashing) water, so it's ideal for illuminating your porch, veranda, patio roof or carport. You can safely leave them outside all year round, even when it rains or snows.   

The Sienna LED recessed downlights can also be used indoors, for example, to light the following rooms or places:

Please note! These spotlights are not suitable as floor or deck spotlights.  
  

Easy Plug & Play installation

These Sienna Cree LED spotlights feature a Plug & Play plug connection which makes installation a breeze. The recessed downlights have clamps making them easy to place. The spotlights have a 5-metre (16.4 feet) cable with AMP connectors (these look like small internet cable connections). You simply plug it into the appropriate LED driver (not included) without the need for tools. Need more cable? Then you can easily extend the cables with an extra 2 or 4-metre extension cable. You click these to the recessed downlights' connection cables the same way. 
  
Important note for installation!  
  
The driver boasts an IP20 protection rating, indicating that it is not suitable for damp environments. Outdoor humidity levels, which the transformer cannot endure, are consistently higher, even when sheltered by a porch or roof. Consequently, it should always be situated in a dry location or within an IP65-rated waterproof junction box.

Tips!  

• Want to saw perfect holes straight away for an easy installation? Then order a hole saw set Ø 44 mm along with it. 
• For installing spotlights in a solid wooden beam, we recommend ordering the Navarra spotlights. 
• Also order a wall dimmer so you can control the lighting on your porch from a fixed point. 

Long lifespan 

Finally, with the Sienna dimmable LED recessed downlight, you have durable outdoor lighting that will last for years. The Cree LED downlights have a lifespan of more than 25,000 hours. You use these spotlights on average 8 hours a day for 250 days a year. This means that with average use, these spotlights will last more than 12 years.
